Don't let her size fool you! She is a singing and songwriting Wizardress all at the age of Six!  This little genius always goes above and beyond like the little star she is!

Naomi,

Thank you for making this piano to show your love and appreciation. I was honored, and it filled my heart as well as made my day. Because it was so thoughtful of you- I thought I might share it with everyone so they too could enjoy your kindness and creative gifts.

Let me tell you about this lovely family that I’ve had the pleasure of working with; The Bergs. They’re active in the Simi Valley community. They organize the local shoebox nonprofit Operation Christmas Child every year. When I went over there to teach, their entire living room and the kitchen were filled with shoeboxes up to the ceiling; you should have seen it! They have also worked with Children’s Hunger Fund. They are just beautiful people.

Not only can Maleah dance and sing herself, but she also taught Irish dance to children.

I had been giving Maleah lessons, but not only has she stopped doing lessons, but her life has also basically stopped. She’s stopped doing everything because she was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. She is so young and is such a bright light, and has such a great life to get back to. Right now, she is at Spero Clinic in Arkansas, the only place where she has the possibility of having a chance at that life back.

But, the cost for the treatment is steep and is not covered by insurance. Again, though, the treatment is Maleah’s best chance for recovery and the only option. Family friends Angela and John Gittisarn have set up a GoFundMe account to help pay for Maleah’s treatment.

Here’s a link to an article about the Maleah and the diagnosis:
